RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1) Return window (withdrawal without reason)
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for items purchased from the collections (not bespoke).
Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with tags and in original packaging.
Hygiene: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings once the hygiene seal/closure has been broken (if applicable). Thank you for understanding.
2) Items not eligible for return

Bespoke / made-to-measure / personalised pieces (including engravings, custom adjustments, etc.).

Personalised jewellery made to your request.

Gift cards and sale items (unless defective).
Your statutory rights (e.g., liability for defects) remain unaffected.
3) How to start a return (3 easy steps)

E-mail info@antonielecher.com with your order number and what you’re returning.

We’ll confirm receipt, send instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Pack securely (ideally in original packaging) and ship according to the instructions.
Parcels sent without prior return authorisation cannot be accepted.
We recommend insured, trackable shipping — you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it.

4) Return shipping costs

Change of mind / wrong size: return shipping is typically paid by the customer.

Defect / our error: we cover the return shipping (we’ll provide a label).
5) Exchanges & size adjustments
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the desired size/model.
For some pieces we offer size adjustment on request — e-mail us for an individual quote.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank/card to process the transaction.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error/defect.
7) Damage, wrong item, or defect
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

include your order number and photos of the packaging and the piece.
We handle cases individually and promptly (repair, replacement, or refund).
Shipments damaged or lost in transit: refund/replacement is issued after the carrier’s investigation is concluded.
8) Claims (statutory liability for defects)
Your statutory rights are not affected — if a product is defective, we will remedy the situation in accordance with applicable law. Please e-mail info@antonielecher.com and we will take care of it.
