Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 16 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been shipped.

Domestic shipping prices and estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for orders over 4000 CZK within [coverage area]. For orders under 4000 CZK, we charge for local delivery based on the table.

Delivery is made from delivery hours on available days. On the day of arrival of the shipping company, we will contact you via text message on the phone number you provided when ordering to inform you.

With free local pickup at SmetanaQ Showroom, you can skip shipping fees. After placing your order and selecting the local pickup option at checkout, your order will be ready for pickup within 5 to 14 business days. We'll send you an email with instructions when your order is ready.

Our store pickup times are by appointment or store opening hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list of countries]. We currently do not ship to [list of countries]. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you would like to ship internationally and your country is not on the list of countries. Please send me an email at info@antonielecher.com and we will personally discuss shipping options and pricing.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that will be incurred once the shipment arrives in the destination country. Our company] is not responsible for these charges, if any, and you as the customer are responsible for them.

How can I check the status of my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number so you can check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@antonielecher.com with your name and order number and we will look into it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will refund you the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us an email as soon as possible to info@antonielecher.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the goods. We handle these cases individually, but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
