Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over 6000 CZK within [coverage area]. For orders up to CZK 6,000, we charge CZK 69 for local delivery.

Delivery is made from delivery hours on available days. On the day of the shipping company's arrival, we will contact you via text message to the phone number you provided when ordering to inform you.

Pick up at the store

With free local pickup at [Husinecká 567/3, Prague, 130 00], you can skip shipping fees. After placing your order and selecting the local pickup option at checkout, your order will be ready for pickup within 5 to 14 business days. When your order is ready, we'll send you an email with instructions.

Our pick-up hours in the store are by appointment or store opening hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

International transport

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will look into it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will refund the full amount of the order minus the cost of return shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We deal with these cases on an individual basis, but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
