Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 16 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive further notifications after your order has been shipped.

Domestic shipping prices and estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for orders over 4000 CZK within [coverage area]. For orders up to CZK 4,000, we charge for local delivery based on the table.

Delivery is made from delivery hours on available days. On the day of the shipping company's arrival, we will contact you via text message to the phone number you provided when ordering to inform you.

With free local pickup at the SmetanaQ Showroom, you can skip shipping fees. After placing your order and selecting the local pickup option at checkout, your order will be ready for pickup within 5 to 14 business days. When your order is ready, we'll send you an email with instructions.

Our pick-up hours in the store are by appointment or store opening hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list of countries]. We currently do not ship to [list of countries]. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once the shipment arrives in the country of destination. Our company] is not responsible for these charges if they apply and you as the customer are responsible for them.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@antonielecher.com with your name and order number and we will look into it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will refund the full amount of the order minus the cost of return shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to info@antonielecher.com with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We deal with these cases on an individual basis, but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
