Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 16 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been shipped.

Local delivery
Delivery is made from delivery hours on available days. On the day of arrival of the shipping company, we will contact you via text message on the phone number you provided when ordering to inform you.
In-store pickup
Our store pickup times are by appointment or store opening hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that will be incurred once the shipment arrives in the destination country. Our company] is not responsible for these charges, if any, and you as the customer are responsible for them.
How can I check the status of my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number so you can check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@antonielecher.com with your name and order number and we will look into it.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will refund you the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us an email as soon as possible to info@antonielecher.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the goods. We handle these cases individually, but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
