RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Change-of-mind returns within 30 days (collection pieces, unworn items).

  • Custom-made & personalized items: not returnable (except for defects).

1) Return window (withdrawal without giving a reason)

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for items purchased from our collections (not custom-made items).
Returned goods must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Hygiene: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings unless the hygiene seal/closure is unbroken (if applicable). Thank you for understanding.

2) Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom-made / personalized products (made to measure, engraved, etc.),

  • Personalized jewelry with requested modifications,

  • Gift cards and sale items (unless defective).

Your statutory rights (e.g., liability for defects) are not affected.

3) How to start a return (3 easy steps)

  1. Email info@antonielecher.com with your order number and which item(s) you’re returning.

  2. We’ll confirm receipt and send instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

  3. Securely repackage the item (ideally in the original packaging) and ship it as instructed.

Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
We recommend insured, trackable shipping — you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it.

4) Return shipping costs — who pays?

  • Change of mind / wrong size: return shipping is usually paid by the customer.

  • Defect / our error: we cover return shipping (we’ll send a label).

5) Exchanges & adjustments

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order for the preferred size/model.
We offer size adjustments for some pieces on request — email us for an individual quote.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank/card issuer may need additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error/defect.

7) Damage, mix-up, or defect

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • email info@antonielecher.com within 48 hours,

  • include your order number and photos of the packaging and the jewelry.

We handle such cases individually and promptly (repair, exchange, refund).

Shipments damaged or lost in transit: a refund/replacement will be issued after the carrier completes its investigation.

8) Claims (statutory liability for defects)

Your statutory rights remain unaffected — if a product is defective, we will remedy it in line with applicable law. Please email info@antonielecher.com and we’ll take care of it.
